Hi! My name is Dulce Nazario, also known as Dulce Tyler. I’m a fashion designer and dolls customizer. I was born in Porto Alegre, but I live in São Paulo – Brazil for two decades.
Graduated in Fashion Design from Faculdade Paulista de Artes, I started my studies in fashion, sewing and modeling in 2008. At that time, I bought my first Pullip and Blythe dolls, just training my patterns and sewing.
As I posted my creations (on Flickr), orders came up, and I launched my first collection; My First Doll, in 2008. Then came Dulce Tyler Dolls, ready-made and on-demand clothes.
In 2009, I customized a Blythe for the first time, a Friendly Freckles called Dorothy. Once again, orders came up. It was a new challenge, and I accepeted it.The name Tyler, is a tribute to one of my greatest inspirations; Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. I have had the pleasure of meeting him several times over the last few years, moments that are eternalized in photos, videos and an overcoat that I made for him (and he wore it at the time) as a gift.
Today, customizations have become the most prominent part of the brand. Dulce Tyler Dolls are scattered around the world, which gives me immense satisfaction. The dolls made me fall in love even more with fashion, art and photography.
Dulce Tyler Dolls’ biggest mission is to bring each doll singularity, making them unique to their owners.
